Responsibilities:
- Full operational and P&L responsibility for the joint-venture entity
- Manage the relationship between foreign and local shareholders
- Lead the senior management team across production, finance and commercial functions
Requirements:
- 15+ years in manufacturing leadership, with General Manager experience
- Prior experience in a joint-venture or cross-shareholder structure preferred
- Comfortable operating with dual reporting lines
