Công ty TNHH VJ Việt Nam was established in 2024 and capitalized as a foreign-invested enterprise under Vietnamese law. In practice, that means VJ went through the same registration, governance and compliance process that our own clients go through when they set up in Vietnam.
It’s not a footnote — it’s why the business focuses where it does. We understand what an FDI company needs from a recruitment partner because our own structure demanded the same things: bilingual documentation, cross-border decision-making, and hiring managers who often sit in a different country from the role they’re filling.
