A multinational consumer brand is running a confidential search for a Country Sales Director to lead its Vietnam commercial organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full Vietnam sales P&L across all channels
- Build and lead a multi-layer sales organization
- Report directly to regional leadership based outside Vietnam
Requirements:
- 15+ years in sales leadership, including country-level ownership
- Track record scaling a commercial organization in Vietnam
- Fluent English; additional regional language a plus
