A large foreign-invested manufacturer is running a confidential search for a Plant Manager to lead its flagship facility in Binh Duong.
Responsibilities:
- Full operational ownership of a several-hundred-headcount plant
- Own safety, quality, output and cost performance
- Report to regional leadership and manage relationships with local authorities
Requirements:
- 12+ years in manufacturing operations, with plant leadership experience
- Experience managing a large blue-collar workforce
- Comfortable operating in a foreign-invested, matrixed reporting structure
