A trading company handling cross-border shipments with China is hiring an Import-Export Specialist for its Ho Chi Minh City office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customs documentation for import and export shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Communicate directly with suppliers and partners in China
Requirements:
- 2+ years in import-export or customs documentation
- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
