HR Manager (Bilingual Chinese)

A Taiwanese-invested factory is hiring an HR Manager to run its people function for a workforce of several hundred employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, labour relations and compliance with Vietnamese labour law
- Act as the main point of contact between local staff and Taiwanese management
- Oversee payroll, benefits and performance review cycles
Requirements:
- 6+ years in HR, with at least 2 years managing a factory-scale workforce
- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese
- Working knowledge of Vietnamese labour law
