A boutique hospitality group is opening a new property in Da Nang and is running a confidential search for its General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership for a mid-sized boutique property
- Lead pre-opening setup, hiring and brand-standard training
- Represent the property to owners and investors
Requirements:
- 10+ years in hotel operations, with GM or pre-opening experience
- Track record in boutique or lifestyle hospitality brands
- English required; Chinese or Korean a strong plus given guest mix
